I’ve always had great warranty experience with E-thirteenth, previously broken a carbon rim and a set of cranks. Both were replaced pretty quickly.
My lad cracked a rear carbon rim on Thursday afternoon landing off a big gap jump in Schladming. His own fault, landed on a sharp rock. He lodged a warranty claim online with E13 on Thursday evening and mentioned that we were in Austria not far from their EU base. He got a phone call on Friday morning to come and pick up a new rim, no questions.
Brilliant service.

I’ve had similarly good service with a sheared axle on one of their rear hubs. New part shipped quickly and without issue 👍
