I currently own a stumpjumper 2011 fsr comp with a Custom SRAM S-1250 10-speed crankset and 22/33/44 chain set (3 x 10) and am looking to convert this to a 22/36 set up (2 x 10) with bash guard and chain guide for a forthcoming trip to the Alps.

I've looked into this setup, aware I need to change the middle ring and get BB mount to run the DRS.

Anyone know if this will work or have any better ideas?

DRS on my Turner is locked in place between the BB and the frame.

I have a DRS setup and would honestly say just buy any old bashing and a blackspire stinger; it works just as well but is hell of a lot cheaper. E-thirteen stuff is pricey for what you get.

Just fitted a bb mounted stinger and hope bash to my xt cranks.. Pretty easy if you've got all the tools. I had to get the right torx bits but only a fiver for a full set of them.
Haven't ridden it in anger yet but it looks good!

Mildred +1 - if you haven't already forked out for the DRS, just get a bash (I like Blackspire C4s, usually cheap at CRC) and a Stinger or Superstar version for even cheaper.
