Increased Access for Mountain Bikes

I think the sentiments are good, but I don't think as it's currently worded it will get the required amount of votes.
The title "Increased Access for Mountain Bikes" is unfortunate as it gives the impression that either other forms of bicycle already have access, or that the proposer does give a fig about other types of bicycle (which I'm sure isn't the case). But hats off for trying.
