Is anyone riding an ebike saddle with the turned up ridge at the back that you push against On their normal bike?

Seems like a good idea.

I use a 29er specific E-bike saddle on my Brompton.

WTF is an ebike saddle?

Even saw ebike chain lube in the shop the other day. Was 3€ more than boggo live from the same brand.

So it's to avoid falling off the back when you e-bike your way up a wall?

I sort of see the idea behind the odd shape at the back but surely if it's that steep you've got your butt right on the nose of the saddle anyway, to keep the front end down. Possibly more so infact on an E-bike as you are possibly putting out a bit more power?

Nice looking saddle, not sure how being e-bike specific actually works though.

Didn't we have a 29er specific saddle a few years ago?

Marketing, you've got to be impressed with their brass neck.

I liked the look of the Ergon saddle with the ridge at the back.

I have WTB Pure V’s on my bikes and they have a turned up rear. The newer models are less stiff at the back now though, so you can’t push against it as much. I like the Pure V because you can move your position forward and back on the saddle and it is still comfy.

My search for a similar shape took me to the Ergon E Mtb saddle.

Brilliant.
I bought some slick tyres for my brother's bike and they had Ebike branding on them. I was like How the hell will these work without an electric motor¿?

The saddle on this bike may be more condusive, it will stop you sliding off going uphill or downhill.
