There is a lot of international experience in this forum. Perhaps someone has knowledge that can lead me in the right direction for this query

I am looking to hire some EBikes from Les Gorges du Verdon area of France this summer. We will be staying near the coast and have a hire car (but no way of carrying bikes)

Does anyone have any experience or contacts of good places within the area to hire 4 E-bikes (would be good to give my wife a chance to try cycling without all the effort as her head says no when there is a Calderdale hill, nevermind the proper mountains of this region of France!)

Thanks!

Try one of the local town tourist information websites and go from there is the way I normally go at this for work. The closest I get to this part of the world is Orange and Béziers when I'm organising things for clients.

e bike hire

Plenty in the area based on the number I've seen last couple of rides there, this and last summer.
There's one in La Palud and the loop along the gorge road around La Palud-Aiguines-Trigance is a great ride, enjoy..

Off-road riding there tends to be steep and very loose, though there's a few open tracks - not really explored off road much there, mainly road riding and walking.
