I have a dead battery after using a similar but mismatched charger. I think the cells are ok but the board/controller/chip could be toasted.
Has anyone had a similar repair of found a good company doing repairs....?
Its for a Fantic bike with a 36v Brose motor so not a AliExpress or similar.
Blimey you’re lucky there me thinks. Could easily have ended up as one of those e-bike fires we hear about..
No advice on battery repair I’m afraid other than be careful and if you ship it anywhere make sure you tell the courier it’s a damaged battery (I suspect you will need to find someone local to do the repair as most couriers are likely to refuse to carry it..).
I tried to find someone who would replace an 1850 battery that failed in my bafang setup but no one would touch it and as a new battery was £200ish I ended up doing it myself for £9. Easier than changing an iPhone battery

Got my degree in electronic/mech engineering 25 years ago so I guess im competent to swap out a battery cell, easy enough to do.
If the wrong charger was used it could be something like an internal fuse that has gone on the BMS. Ironically the battery is probably "safer" in this condition.
If it were me I would try to find out what the fault is. Open it up, connect the correct charger, and see where the power is getting to before it stops.
Smudge at https://www.mtbbatteries.co.uk/ should be able to have a look for you.
