I quite like the idea of Dynaplug's system but the £20 delivery (from the US) charge from their UK web-site is way too much to add to a £44 item. Their Amazon listing is slightly cheaper all in (£55) but that's still pretty expensive and other places that claim to sell it seem to either be permanently out of stock or "call to check availability" which I'm assuming means out of stock to. Is there somewhere shipping from the UK (with stock) that I've missed?
My bike shop said they've moved to direct sales only, hence why shops don't have any.
We have just had the refill packs delivered back into stock at the shop.
The tools have a September due date.
I'm a fan of Dynaplug, but due to the price and the ongoing supply issues I've moved to use the WTB Rocket Plug thingamabobs instead. A similar principle but using regular bacon strips. You don't need the full kit, just the refills and then use a hex key to push 'em in.
FWIW I used to use Swinnertons for my Dynaplug refills.
These look promising. Low stock but allowing me to put in my basket.

Team cycles had some last time I was in the shop a few weeks ago
Madison are still bringing them in, it's just that demand is far exceeding supply so everyone's in a queue.
Spooky, having seen a Dynaplug in action at last weeks L2P, I'm ordering one for Father's day (Or rather Mrs SL is!)
I was surprised at the lack of availability in the UK so went for direct sale.
Amazon weren't much more expensive for the tool but double the price for the plugs.
demand is far exceeding supply
does surprise me. my experience, and that of other people I know who've had them, is that it's an expensive and ineffective way to seal holes. I've gone back to basic bacon strips from eBay.
I wonder if I could 3d print some plug tips onto cut up standard anchovies? £13.99 from team cycles is ok given how well they've worked for me, but the random availability is always an issue. I've taken to re-using them after I've properly patched a hole at the end of a day.
Sorry, I realise that the one I linked to isn't the Racer Rro
Tredz are out of stock too but indicating that they're expecting stock in early September.
Only ever used mine once, 5 from Eastbourne with another 90 to go to Winchester. Took a couple to seal the hole but it lasted for the rest of the ride and was still not losing any air when I decided to use a mushroom plug just in case.
Only thing against it was trying to find refills after that ride

Whereas for me, nothing but a great experience in MTB, gravel and road tyres - my own and others that bought them after seeing how easy they work.
I do also carry bacon strips along with patches and a tube - but I ride a lot in remote areas.
Expensive if you consider they just sit in your pack for years between uses 😀 Wouldn't be without it though.
iCycles in Innerleithen have them in stock.
