I recently moved to Dundee and the other half and I fancied a nice relaxing bimble by the sea tomorrow evening. Are there proper mountain bike trails in Tentsmuir starting from the Tayport end? Just a case of get lost and find your way out again or does anyone have some specific pointers?

There's tracks and roads criss crossing the whole forest. Head east along main track to car park and beach. Then work your way back. You may get lost but on a bike it's easy enough getting out.
One tip... If the track you're on is starting to get overgrown turn around
