Got some cheap disc brakes from CRC last year. Went to put them on a bike and spotted an issue I didn't have with BH90 hoses.
Basically, the hose has been wound really tightly and is just a spiralled mess after I've attempted to unwind it. This makes routing and cutting the hose the correct length a bit of a pig. Slight issue with the rigid fork not having a hose guide so the curly hose is guaranteed to rub it now. Never had such iisues with BH90.
Any one got any tips for making the hose a bit more manageable?
Warm the hose with a hair drier and let it hang vertically for a couple of days with a small weight on the end.
Yep done that before, hung a brake from the door for a day or two where it had been coiled up in my toolbox.
