I have a 2021 Specialized Rockhopper Elite (like this one)
It has SX Eagle 12 speed crankset, and a Powerspline BB.
Im looking to upgrade to a DUB chainset as apparently the Powerspline is 'old' technology.
Say i upgrade to the NX Eagle, i need a new BB
According to Wiggle:
Bottom Bracket Compatibility: DUB: BSA73, PF89.5, PF92, PF30 MTB73, BB30 MTB73, BSA MTB68SP
Anyone removed a Powerspline and replaced with a DUB BB?
To my untrained eye, it would be unscrew out the powerspline cartridge, screw in the DUB BSA73, install the crank as normal. (Assuming the bike frame will still take that BB shell)
