So I had my forks serviced by tftuned on 30 July. they came back feeling great. I noticed the other day that I had lost a good 10mm or more of travel which I thought was odd. So I let all air out of the -ve and +ve and fork still wont use the full travel.
After putting pressures back up to what tftuned told me on my paperwork the fork feels quite harsh and still wont get anywhere near full travel. A common problem from searching the internet seems that damper oil may have worked its way into the lowers.
Shouldn't Tftuned have replaced all the seals when they serviced it?
Should I contact them to try and sort this free?

Will do, just noticed theres oil coming up from the floodgate/lockout cap. Im guessing thats where the damper is located?
