Currently have an Orange Five (2013) that rattles a touch. There movement when lifting the seat (or any part of front triangle).

I am suspecting DU Bushes.

Shock is a CCDB Air.

Ordered some new ones, but don't have the specific tool. Is it a difficult job to do with a couple of sockets and vice?

Any advice? (I know you STW lot, so advice relating to the bushes)

Basically yes, easy bodge or use tool that makes it a easier if you don't have suitable sized sockets etc.

What bushes did you get out of interest?

With Fox and Rockshox I've always got poly bushes from TF, better than stock DU. TF say Norglide for CCDB though. Was wondering if that's essential or can go poly also, as will need to do my CCDB bushes at some point.

Do check but think the cc ones may be a little different size wise so you can't use the same tool you would for fox rock shox.

But never looked for after market bushes for my double barrel as they seem to lest well for me

Got the 14.7 norglide ones.

Little harder to source but figured if you don't have to do it that often.
