I have been consulting the above resource, but some of it i dont quite understand.
When choosing a DT classic hub, you get a multitude of options. Im going to be using a 350 CL hubs with xr361 rims.
I get that DB means disc brake hub and that CL and IS mean centre lock and international std.
However before you chose the hub type there is an option for mountain bike. So im im a little purplexed.
Can anyone help?
thanks
Ian
It's a line item to divide the MTB hubs from the road hubs.. the just used a as a way of dividing the list.. it's not something you select.
Ah ok. thanks!
Where is best to buy spokes? Rose bikes still good for this stuff?
Beener
Chainreaction are usually good, a mate was able to get his cheaper(by a large margin, too) than I can get them at trade price.
ooh thank you
I found rose cheapest for DT spokes. Cycle basket cheapest for ACI spokes. Sapim were just expensive everywhere.
I've used jpracing for sapim, mostly because I've wanted d-lights specifically and they were cheaper than DTS comp race.
Bike24 were cheapest Inc. postage when I built my last wheels
I normally go to starbike for spokes.
thanks for your help everybody. im getting excited now 🙂
