Are these worth it? My rear hub is compatible but frame is QR only so thinking this might be a good compromise

I ran one on my Anthem and liked it, it now resides on my 29er HT, I like it on there also.
Wether or not it improves anything is debatable but I like it

On a hardtail it's doubtful. On a FS, it depends on the design.

I use one on the back end of my BFe, hard to tell if it makes a difference as the back end is stiff anyway, but certainly feels more secure than a regular qr
