I am looking at getting a DT Swiss R535 ONE shock for my trail bike but can't find any reviews or even customer feedback. I've owned a fair amount of DT Swiss suspension in the past and know that it's reliable and dependable.
Does anyone on here use one and if so would you recommend it?

Got one on my Focus Jam2, replaced a Rockshox Deluxe, had it over a year now.

It needs pretty high pressure but has improved the feel of the back end considerably, smoother and better grip in off camber sectons. It hasn't needed servicing, it's quiet, doesn't leak.

Just a nice, no nonsense, well engineered trail shock that does the job with minimal fuss, very DT. If it was £250 more expensive, had a piggyback and a load of shiny knobs for that 'enduro' look then it'd probably be a lot more popular than it is.

Only downside is that TF tuned are the only UK people able to fully service the damper but I use them anyway so it's not really a problem for me.

I think the guys are Brink were running one on a Santa Cruz demo bike for a while, maybe ask how they got on with it.
