You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Have managed to acquire a 2012 Scott Spark 29 Elite but the air valve stem on the rear shock has snapped off.
I've managed to dig out the remaining threaded portion, and it's obviously a replaceable part, but I'm having trouble locating a replacement. Contacted TF Tuned (they don't have one) and DT Swiss directly (awaiting reply) - any suggestions as to where else I might be able to source one?
TIA!
Westbrook cycles might be able to help. They seem to carry a decent stock of Scott spares.
They have a new shock (at £400! 😱) but no spares sadly..
I'd be tempted to give them a call or drop them a mail as they have been very helpful in the past for me.
Should have said - I did call them..
Found one on a website in Germany for $11 but shipping is €16! If I can't find one in the UK I think that'll be my best option.
Well that is a significant saving on £400, sounds like a winner.
