I have a rear DT Swiss 240 from late 2018, it has become very difficult to remove and replace the freehub. It's also nigh on impossible to remove the spacer from the axle once the freehub is removed.
I'm therefore planning on replacing the axle, spacer and freehub bearings (which are still the originals).
What I need help with is identifying what axle I need. The DT Swiss website is next to useless and my Googlefu is failing me in a big way. I can generally only find axles for EXP hubs, which may or may not be compatible.
So can anyone point me in the right direction? TIA
Usually a sign of a slightly bent axle.
If you email the UK service center with your hub's serial number they should be able to let you know the code for the axle you need.
I've found the tech team really helpful via email or calling them, so give them a shout would be my suggestion. Sometimes a conversation trumps Google 🙂

Thanks both, I spoke Madison's tech sales and they pointed me in the right direction. Picking the phone up isn't something you think to do these days as most places make it very difficult to actually speak to someone!
