Looking for the Service Manual for a set of DT Swiss 2011 twin shot XRC100 forks. Cant find them on the DT Swiss website, any other ideas?

Might be a video on youtube, But I find that DT swiss are very poor and publishing any information on their products.

No service manual is available (publicly) for the twinshot (or singleshot) forks, in terms of a damper rebuild, so you're at the mercy of Pace! There is a service video on DT's site, shwoing how to do a lowers service ie remove legs/re-lube. However, DT recomend using Motorex Supergliss 100K > unavailable in this country! What you can use (safely) in place is an equivalent viscosity slideway oil OT RS Red Rum OR Fox FLOAT fluid. To remove the air cap (if you want to remove the air piston) you'll need one of the following:

Don't remove the damper side as its a pressurized chamber which is a pain to get charged up again.
