Hi, bought a M1900 front wheel second hand but its come with torque cap compatible top hats fitted (and as such is setup for 110mm/boost Yaris or Lyriks. Without them I think the wheel is non-boost. I am not running Rockshox forks at the moment so what adapters do I need for boost forks?

Most kits seem to have five components pictured (on the torque kit), I was under the impression the adapters were just a top hat either side?

I don't think they are 350 hubs
I think they're 370 hubs
Certainly the rear's are. (pawls rather than ratchet rings)

Dude. When you get new end caps can I buy your old torque caps?

infact. if you're still in scotland do you want to swap for my non-torque cap boost end caps?
(also from a DT 1900 wheelset)

Will PM you.

Boost is boost, I don't think you can change from 110/15 to 100/15

As above - Boost shells and flange spacings are wider. You can change to standard 110x15 end caps to fit other Boost forks, but you can’t change to 100x15.

As I read it he's only wanting to change from boost torque end caps to boost non-torque end caps.
Not change from 110mm to 100mm.

right'o.. thrown off by the non boost hub reference in the OP.
torque caps for boost are for boost hubs only.. you cant make a non boost hub boost by adding torque caps
So, if the hubs are boost torque and you want boost 15, Bruneep had it...as regardless of boost/non boost, 15mm end caps retain the same dimensions
You can always email dt's tech support. You'll have a reply pretty sharpish (same day whenever I've emailed usa's tech support)

Did you edit your post OP or did most of us read it wrongly?

Had a look through DT spares listed, but can only find the Torque Cap versions you already have. Suspect that it’s such an uncommonly requested part that Madison haven’t had call to range it yet? Worth contacting DT to check.

Or just take up Geex’s swap offer!

I think the torque cap bit just pulls off to leave a standard 110/15. The end caps are retained & loose to aid alignment so the end cap has a top hat, a 'lock ring' and then a conversion cap IIRC. It might be different on yours, particularly that the top hat might not be a standard 110/15 cap at all.

Cheers all. I haven't measured the hub without torque caps but its definitely smaller than boost. I will however triple check it is boost with the torque top hats, not the first time I have been misold something..

Hopefully a swap will do the trick!

I can't work what I would need for front 240 centre locks, converting non boost to boost , I think you can do front but not rear.

?
