Looking for a small drybag to keep phone, ID and cash in when I go riding.
I'm sure Alpkit did one with a soft lining inside, but I can't see it on their website, any alternatives?
Heard of a zip lock bag? You can get loads of them from the supermarket for about a quid.

I got one from the Duffbag guys, seems decent quality.

Or, grab a handful at the airport! 🙂
I have one of these.

much better than Ziploc bags ime, having trashed a phone when one leaked.
I've got an aquapac http://store.aquapac.net/. Its designed for a walkie talkie but takes a phone, car key and cash. I only use it for canoeing, sailing, etc where a proper dunking is possible/likely. As above I just use a ziploc bag for cycling
+1 for Aquapac
Two ziplocks, one inside the other and a bag of that silica gel inside just in case.
Job done.
I got one free with a mag recently. If I can find it you can have it for free.
Aquapac. Probably overkill but totally waterproof
+1 for ziplock/sandwich bags. I have a few aquapacks for sailing, they are useful as they are sturdy and the handles mean they are easy to grab from inside a bag. They are a good product but for what you want they are overkill.
If you want protection for the phone put it in a sock, if your household is like mine you'll have plenty of odd socks you can use

see i just used a tescos carrier bag, I feel like a right gypsy now.
The Exped Crush looks perfect, thanks.

For £3 this has been good.

Topeak do one, Ziploc bag does the trick for me though.
I find an Ortlieb A6 Document Bag works well, plus you can use a touchscreen through it.

I often keep my HTC in a ziplock bag at work, the touch screen works fine.
Breast milk bag FTW. Double zip locks, just the right size for a smartphone and you can still use the touchscreen through the bag. Sorted. 8)
Ive had the ortleib phone specific case, been all over touring with it...
saved my phone many many times over
thats my tuppence worth
These are really good

you can use them in the sea too:

My HTC lives in a ziplock for riding.
Touchscreen works fine through the bag so long as I take my glove off (alternatively, works fine with gloves on but needs to come out of the bag)
