I have an Easton dropper that came with the standard universal remote. I run with a 1x set up so wanted to get one of the 1x, shifter style remote levers as the one that came with it is pretty poor. I know the Race Face one will work as they're the same post essentially and also know of the Wolftooth one that will work but am struggling with paying £50 for one.

Are there any other alternatives out there that will work and that might cost a bit less?

Does the cable end-stop go into the seatpost with a grub screw in the lever?
If so I got one of these for my RSP Plummet bonty lever

I have the brand x lever on my jekyll, works great with no problems so far and cheap.

I'll have a Brand-X lever available new within the next 24hrs or so - I ordered an Ascend XL in the sale and will be using my Easton lever with it.

PM me if you'd be interested in it.

The Bontrager under bar one seems pretty decent for the money, but I do love my Wolftooth Remote and i'll likely end up using it on the next post I buy so that's how I justified the cost to myself
