[Closed] Dropper post problem Specialized Fuse Comp 6Fattie 27.5" Mountain Bike 2017

Giving a friends bike a service and the dropper is not working cable ok seat just drops with pressure sitting on it and returns cables all ok but the actuator at the bottom is just rattling about under no pressure cannot find out what seat post it is its unbranded any ideas of what it might be

They moved away from the Command post on some models. They have used TranzX and X Fusion.
The TranzX is like a BrandX which has a air valve at the top but need to remove the seat to see.

Assuming it's the same post as the one in the Tredz link, rich, it doesn't look to be a brand x /Tranz X post as the seat clamp looks different?

EDIT: From a Google pic search it looks to be a command post from the distinctive seat clamp. Again, if it's the same as the one in the Tredz ad?
