If they are "Road" BB7s then any STIs will do the trick.

Pretty much any road STIs will work with road cable discs.

Tiagra on a couple of mine work perfectly with bb5s.

If you're using road bb7 discs then any stis/ergos/double tap will work

If your're using mtb bb7 discs then non will work without some sort of cable pull converter widget.

Bar wise, I like something with a shortish reach, shallow drop and a bit of a flattned top section. My favourite bars at the moment are Deda Zero 100

In that case, sell them and get BB7 Road to go with STI's or keep the BB7 Mountains and use bar end shifters/Tektro 520's.

Mtb ones will work but I found I had to set a very tight pad-disc gap otherwise the initial bite is too far. They weren't spongy if anything too grabby, but I did change to road calipers in the end.
