Wondering if anyone could work out this one;

So Chain was worn on bike decided to replace it, when I did under load the cassette would jump or slip.
Replaced Cassette and the issue is still there. The chainrings are not worn. The Jockey Wheels were replaced and I have tried playing around with the B-Tension which has made no difference.

What could it potentially be?

Info: Shimano XT 2x10 Drive Train 26/38 Chain rings on 11-36T Cassette.

Is it jumping/slipping across all gears or predominantly one end (probably the lower gears)? If just one end, take a very close look at how straight your hanger is.

On the stand the gears are indexing across all 10 fine. It will jump in gears midrange upwards. In other words, Gear that you can put power down on the flat or slight inclines. I would suggest it would probably jump on sharper climbs also. It doesn't jump out of gear, It just offers to slip/jump if this makes sense.

Hanger I feel is a potential one if it is out of align it may only be slightly
