Any tips and what hole saw size.
Is this the On-one rims? I used 32 mm holes and wouldn't want to go bigger than that really. I put a video up that hopefully helps.
I used shaggy's video and advice re: hole size and marking where the holes were to go.
I put the holesaw in a pillar drill and made a wooden platform for the rim to rest on. I went round with a pilot drill a bit smaller than the holesaw one to make sure the main bit didn't wander when starting it. Cleaned up after wards with a dremel with a small grinding bit in it.
I was quite pleased with the results - I think they were cleaner than I'd have got using a hand drill.

I've just stuck with the white rim tape on-one supplied with the rim;
