Debating a custom full sus.

but thinking about it, I could do with some help.

Idea so far:

seat tube = 76 D
CS = 430MM
STL = 500MM
Head angle= 64 D
ETT = 670MM
Reach = 520mm
stack = 615mm ish

Would any one be able to work out the wheel base of that?
sorry if I'm being lazy.

thanks

670mm TT with a 76D STA is gonna make that a very long frame when stood up.

Also, you don't design a frame around reach and stack; they're just the outcomes after the geo of the frame has been sorted.

There are quite a few online calculators of various degrees that will work that and more out for you

Pencil and paper. Or Bikecad.

Maybe start with where your hands, feet and bum go....

Nicolai still do custom frames, could be worth talking to them.

Yes but that is LONG.

Rule of thumb would be each degree on the seat angle adds/subtracts a virtual 10mm to the top tube, so a 76deg seat angle gives 40mm more room when stood up over a conventional bikes 72deg. So a your top tube would have a similar reach to a more conventional bike with a 710mm top tube! And that seat angle is very steep, are you 100% sure you can actually pedal at that angle, I know I can't with anything steeper than about 74 or 75 deg.

Also remember that with dropper posts seat angles need to be ~2deg slacker as you've lost the 25mm of layback that normal posts had.

Your framebuider should be able to help, and would hopefully tell you when you've gone wrong.

It is. Making some assumptions on BB drop and HT+fork length I get 1270mm+.

The length wouldn't concern me, it is longer than normal but only 70mm or so. It's a custom after all.
