Hello. We are wanting to use a route to ride from a friends strava ride.
How do I go about doing so please. ? So it can be put onto a garmin device
Or over layed onto a digital OS map.

Tell your friend to log into their Strava account on a PC using a Web browser, go to the ride, click the spanner icon, and you can export the route.
It will download to the PC, you can then upload it to a Garmin plugged into the computer via USB

Really easy to use although worth checking the output in something like bikehike to make sure it follows the exact route before you go.

Fork out for the paid membership level of Strava. Though I assume they do a free trail.
