apologies if this gets asked alot. im currently looking to get a downhill bike after being bit by the bug. ive seen a fair few orange patriot, 222,223,224 on ebay along with various kona stinky, a few norco's and one or two iron horse sundays. this bike will be purely for downhill and freeride as i'll use my bluepig for everything else. im just after a few oppinions from people as to whats good and not in the downhill minefield. ive got around 800 quid to spend

Something like an orange 22x might be ideal, good bikes, tough as old boots, cheap to service and plenty of them about.
