Have replaced my big ring with a bash. Obviously need to shorten my chain but unsure how much to take off..
Is big ring front and back making sure the rear mech is extended with the chain reasonably taut a good guide?
Any advice appreciated.
Ta, Al.

Bib cog to big cog method sounds good then! Ta for that.
I had done a search on here for the topic and saw the pink bike vid someone posted but too much face and not enough chain/mech in it imo..
