My old on-one Inbred was stolen last week, so I'm replacing it with a Solaris. I'll get the frame new from Cotic, and was thinking about getting a Boardman pro 29er (using the cyclescheme) as a parts donor bike.
Daft idea?
Any other possible donor?

Check the german and french sites that still have good sale offers, find the highest discount cube or similiar within your budget (what is your budget?), profit?
Otherwise groupset from merlin and forks/wheels of classifieds...
