The good thing is that there is absolutely no wiggle left or right with post, but picking up bike by saddle and seat moves up a little and putting bike down it settles down. Yours the same?

mine has about 3mm of sag but only when sit on it not with its own weight and comes back when unweighted. theres also no other play.
