[Closed] Does anywhere make drop handlebars to order?

Come to the conclusion that i would really like an ideal drop flared handlebar for my bike, unfortunately i want the best parts of three different handlebars i have tried:

- The flare angle of On One Midge bars without the drop that only works for people with 3 fingers and a small glove size.

- The whole of the tops being 31.8 like the Giant Connect XR bars

- The shape and the length of my current bars for the drops - Ritchey Venturemax without the daft lump in the middle and the above features...

Any ideas of a maker and likely costs?
