As it seems that both rockshix and fox don't any more? I have a kinesis sync ti ht which is 27.5 and currently have a yari 150mm fork fitted (bought 2nd hand for bike when I got it). I would like to upgrade my bike but as above 27.5 seems dead now in the lightweight xc fork dept. Is anyone making lightweight xc forks in 27.5 still? Thanks.
Don't think so no, you could run a 29er fork with less travel (to compensate for the slight length increase). I wouldn't call 150mm xc though....
Mullet?
Could you get a shorter air shaft for the Yari, bring it down to 120mm?
Or did you want to save some weight too?
2nd hand Reba perhaps, would that be much lighter?
or just run a 29er fork with a 27.5” wheel, the A-C is only ~20mm longer for a given travel, eg 100mm travel 29er fork is roughly the same length as a 120mm travel 27.5 fork.
I bought a cane creek helm mk2 a few months ago.
Not sure how high end you are looking but it's performing excellently. I would reckon on it being better and lighter than the yari
A quick Google search suggests that there are still 27.5 forks available

Manitou R7?
Although what became of that thread about avoid American stings where possible? Am I the only one still doing that? I'd be looking for a second hand R7 as that is American, as are Fox and RS, or checking out Formula and DT, or if price really isn't an issue have a look at German A.
Manitou Mattoc still available in 27.5. Pro or Comp (Pro is lighter). The travel is adjustable without the need to buy a new air shaft and they go down to 120mm (edit: 110mm actually) which is standard for xc nowadays. I think the pro weighs around 1650g.
Helm mk2 air would be my suggestion. I have the coil and it is amazing. The air should work better for xc as the coil is properly solid
I’d swap the 150mm yari to a 130mm 29er fork. Would mean more mud clearance and flexibility if a 29er frame comes up.
You could get a Reba with the Isolator damper, it would save you some weight and be better than the Yari. Or just run a fancy 29er fork with your 27.5 wheels and either get a 140 or live with the extra A2C of the 29er fork.
