Jimbo, you're right the bullheart is an inspirational creature and he has done so much good for so many people. Just bear in mind that everyone's experience is different and reading one, as inspirational as it is, may be completely different to their experience.
Love and honesty were the best support mechanisms I had and I would suggest healthy doses regularly for your friend but also for yourself and people who care.
