I am bikeless at the minute due to ordering an el guapo and selling my ftm. The El Guapo should arrive this week but i am not overly confident!! Does anyone have a hardtail frame that takes 140mm forks that i could borrow? Would also need it to have a seatpost (if it is anything other than 30.9) headset and seat clamp.

I know its a big ask - but .... Something like a 456?

I have an old Trek Bruiser frame that will take a 140mm fork you can have for £20 plus post.

It's got a long seatpost with it too...

got a Marin b17 in medium (17.5) which is a bit small but I found it ok with a 400mm post in (reasonably long in the top tube), it is for 140mm forks, 30.9mm post though

its not here so I am afraid so can't measure it, always felt ok to me with a 70mm stem on and I am 6 2. It is nice and slack as well. No headset I am afraid just half a bb in it I think

Looking to sell a 18" BluePig mk1. It has a perfect FSA cartridge headset and if you really need a post I have a Ragley spike or Thompson 410mm layback. It has a on-one clamp.

Great condition with none of the later quality issues and rides brilliantly.

I've got a large Voodoo 'Hoodoo' frame , they come with 120mm forks so an extra 20mm should be ok for a few weeks.27.2 post. I'm in Leeds.

£35 meet you at M1 services to save postage.

I may have a seatpost and clamp to fit but would need to rummage round my spares box.

Sounds like I'll have to withdraw my offer. 😆

I might have to report you for swear filter avoidance though.
The mods seem quite hot on banning for that. 😉

16" 456 whole bike you can borrow if you want rob, pick it up from Chesterfield. I'm not really riding at the moment and it could probably do with a spin out.

sorry it's taken so long to get back I've been busy doing family stuff seeing as the weather spoiled my DH plans for the day.

The frame is 18" seat tube , 22" top tube. there are a few marks on the paintwork but nothing that you wouldn't find on an mtb frame after a couple of months use and no major visible scars. I have found a seatpost but am still looking for a clamp (one day I may get round to sorting out my spares boxes) the frame needs an internal cup headset which I don't have.
