I can't find mine, and am keen to see what they thought of the MaxxRaxx 4 bike carrier reviewed in that issue.
If anyone could scan and e-mail me the relevant page, I'd be most grateful.

the upshot was "An innovative and very secure rack, although lacking a lighting board"
