Hi all ,
Gained a Mias level 2 last year to help out with a local kids mtb club, if your interested in exploring South Wales around the cwmcarn , Brecon Beacons area let me know I'd be more than willing to show you around for the price of a coffee and sarnie , lol I'm not as fit as I'd like to be though so would be a leisurely pace .
