I'm trying to buy a saddle which I can only find in stock at bike-discount.de. They do ship to the UK but the minimum order is €175.

Does anyone need something worth about €100 and want to add it to the order?

(Or, does anyone have a black SDG Bel Air 3 they want to sell me?)

I’d like the alloy rail version but the steel version from the uk is probably the better idea.

Be warned, the version 3 is a lot different from previous versions (or so I read from numerous reviews) so maybe think again if you want something like the older versions. If you’ve tried a v3 and like them it’s ok.
I got a Fabric Scoop Radius which feels like a v1 BelAir - at least it does to me anyway.

Not forgetting the customs charges on the whole lot, as well.

It's a shame, used to send a fair bit of business to the German sites in a previous life.

If only you had parents who lived in the EU and came back every Christmas. I’ll be going for a new cassette and chain this time and the fella wants some slightly bigger brake rotas. Although don’t try to take a chain through the airport as it’ll be confiscated, the brake pads were okay though.

and the fella wants some slightly bigger brake rotas.

On the first downhill I'll use the front brake.
Then on that techy downhill I'll use the back brake.
That descent from Gaustablick is huge so we'll need both the brakes for that one.
Then should be OK with just the front for the next hill....

Etc

You still in Braemar area?

Heartbreak Ridge, Loch Callater Descent and Bheinn a Bhuird all come highly recommended. (Do BaBh there and back via the Quoich, not the way I did it ) yer man might like it too on his eeb.
