After screwing my arm chopping wood, I'm after another OneUp bar. They're spendy, and I can't wait for a sale. Do we get discounts as STW members? My membership elapsed recently, and it'll give me yet another reason to sign back up!

I've no idea how to access any member benefits stuff so can't confirm or deny your thinking...but join up anyway as the forum server can always do with an extra bit of support. 😉
Edit - now found a while new area of the site...and it doesn't look like OneUP has a discount scheme with STW.
They usually do two 20% off sales per year (as above, you just missed the summer one). Sign up to their email list to find out about them.
As Dirk said, sale was on last week. They don't often have them so it will be a long wait for another one.

Nukeproof horizon V2 carbon bars are a going cheap at CRC if you want an alternative.
The OneUp bar profile minimizes the length of the 35 diameter clamping area as this is the stiffest portion of any 35 diameter bar. The 35mm clamp diameter quickly changes to a flattened, oval shape in the transition zone and then to a standard 22.2mm clamp diameter for the control zone.
Still trying to understand the reason we have ended up with a standard whose “benefits” companies are now working hard to minimise.
