Saddle and brake positions makes it look like it's never actually been ridden
Brake hose also not attached, and left hand front? Thrown together by a scally out of nicked parts IMO... avoid.
Also straight steerer five but 160 forks ? :-s
I'm no expert but there's a lot doesn't stack up about that bike..

The Orange decal looks wonky and in an odd position
The front brake lever is on the left
The brake hoses are not secured properly
The brake levers are positioned a long way outboard
Are those "ergonomic" grips?
