Feels like it should be obvious, but I can't find it clearly specified. I noticed that many hose kits come with the bolt, which would suggest the calliper itself does not.
I've got some M785 brakes in needs of new callipers. I'd like some M7100s but they have the newer, shorter banjo bolt and I don't want to buy new hose.
I bought a SLX 4pot m7200 caliper from Germany and it had the correct banjo in the bag with the pads.
My SLX M7100 calipers came with the banjo bolts.
My Saints didn't
The old SM-BH90-SM hose always came with a long banjo bolt but it looks like the newer SM-BH90-SBM doesn't include them (as there are now a variety of sizes). I wonder if they've started including the banjo bolt with the calipers as a result of this.
