I've counted 7 things (about the bike) that have changed between the two pics.
1.Forks have changed colour (White to Silver)
2.Saddle pack has changed colour too.
3.Crud guard has disappeared.
4.Seat has changed from Black/white to Blue
5.Brake and Derailleur cables different.
6.Chainstay protector is different.
7.Lots more stickers on 2nd Pic esp on rear wheel.
8.Piece of rubber wrapped around top tube.
