Ordered a set today after checking there were no problems re: fade and then remembered the one thing I hated most about my old hope minis - the noise!!

I meant that persistent squeal in the wet that Hope brakes tend to make, or at least my old Hope minis did !
I have m4's and they're not too bad, in fact since i followed the Vid on Hopes website on centring the caliper i'v had no problems. Hadn't thought about it till you asked.
Hope m4s,here no brake squeal,but I have had the retaining spring/clip get twisted between the disc and pads causing brake noise. 😥
As above keeping the caliper centred sorts most other issues. 😉
My two pairs of Hopes are pretty quiet, my M4's only started to make a noise when I put the front one on a pair of rigid carbon forks. Before that, fine. My M4 Monos are never noisy. Both sets are six years old, btw.
