I'm after a small DJ type bike that can run gears.

The ones I have found so far are: Kona cowan, STP and Commencal Absolut

Any other frames out there that can run gears and are reasonably light?

Charge Blender, although they've had a price hike recently, I paid £200 new, you can get one for £100 second hand.

Think NS frames come with an adaptor to run a mech hanger in the horizontal dropouts. Probably a PITA to get the wheel in/out though. There's someone who rides at Woburn that has gears on their NS DJ bike.

dmr bikes. I had a sidekick with a mech hanger.
A blender too, though the mech hanger is non-replaceable.

I picked up a Cannondale Chase frame from eBay for £80, standard drop-outs + mech hanger. Light as f*ck
