Didn't you have issues with On One/PX in the New Year after they price matched one of their own sale bikes, in a different size for you?

Was the fat bike a special order for you? It does seem a strange response from the retailer, even though you do sound like a handful of a customer to be honest!

It could be argued very legitimately that a building with stock in that takes money off you and lets you take a piece of that stock is indeed a shop.

Unless they don't have retail planning permission from the local authority maybe?
