Hi all!
My son has been invited on one of the above events in Cardiff tomorrow. Does anyone have experience of the day? What can he expect to happen? He has his eye on the track cycling but I understand there are other sports being assessed for as well.....
Any experiences anyone can share?

A friend's daughter went to one. Super intense. They're looking for positive temperament as well as physical ability.
The daughter 'passed' but decided that she preferred to go to university as she would struggle with the pressure.
