I have an old school set of Hope enduros. A little hesitant to get rid of them as I've had them since 2001 and they have been the most reliable brakes I've owned. After debating whether to buy something else secondhand I think I may suck it up and rebuild a sticky lever. The discs need replacing too so... If I have 165/185 discs could I use new 160/180 discs instead. I'm highly doubtful I can but thought I would ask the all knowing massive.

file or shim the mount as appropriate. That should work to bring it up or down 5mm. Good luck mate.

Avid do 185mm rotors. I have two for sale.
