Anyone got any links for this sort of thing? Fitting a disc brake tab to a non disc (V brake) frame and considering options for running the hose neatly to avoid welded on guides. Not sure if there were any adaptors to utilise the V brake stud hole for a guide?

I've seen some bit can't remember where. Fairly sure you can bond guides these days, not the plastic and ziptie ones but proper metal ones

Hope used to do These Hose guide plug that screwed into the rear brake bosses, i had them on my Genesis SS and they worked fine, dunno if you can still get them though - give hope a call as they prob still have a box of them lying around.

Or you could try these cheap n' cheerful but unsightly M-part hose clips
