Makes me wonder if she overtrains trying to keep up with her brothers workloads.

Possibly.

But then I've got the lurgy AGAIN at the moment - and in all honesty I couldn't be accused of overtraining.

Thought I'd been really clever picking Ragot as she won in Lourdes last year, but just remembered she retired didnt she? Is she still racing any of the rounds this year? And if not, why is she still selectable?!

She's with MS Mondraker still.

From their site...

Emmeline Ragot: “a lot of you guys may be surprised seeing me in the current roster of the MS Mondraker Team. My last season was not what I was hoping for. At the start of the previous season I was almost sure that I was going to retire at the end: But as we got more and more into the season I was feeling good, that is until my crash in Mont Sainte Anne- the injuries I got made the decision easier for me. Right now I am doing a kind of re-education to get my elbow and ankle up to a 100% level, which means I am still training. Registering with the team keeps a door open for me… we will see!”

Let's have a sweepstake on how big Rachel's winning margin is.

Guesses to one decimal place.

I'll go for 5.7s

Those who think someone else will win can go negative, ie. -1.2s to Ragot or whoever.

Did wonder if Rach's absence from the BDS series opener was too keep her current form under wraps.
I'm still going Rach, although less than you, I think it will be close. 1.4s

Judging by BDS results Atwill may have been a good choice... May regret going for Seagrave rather than Manon though, 6s is a big gap!

It doesn't say I've been accepted yet for the STW League. Are you admin types just going to do a mass accept before tomorrow? Or should I try again.

Monmouth of Heed is my team name.

Thanks!

Have we done the timed training results yet? With the track conditions I reckon, for the men atleast, there are no hot favourites. It should be brilliant.

It's just going to be a matter of who can go fast and not fall off, I think.

Claudio's track preview had him making the same kind of noises I was emitting riding steep, slippy trails at Hebden Bridge last weekend.

This is a good read...
http://www.pinkbike.com/news/tire-tech-lourdes-dh-world-cup-2016.html

Interesting that Neko says the rocks are the lethal bits, that's what I thought from the Claudio vid - that it appeared to be slippy chalk.

Rather them than me.

Last two teams added. No points awarded as yet I notice.

I think we should ask for our money back.

Welcome to the Dirt world, like an article written in an unreadable font in purple on a black background it's not about you 😉 and the bike was too short...
Probably look back on Wednesday (Tuesday is for YT points only)

Still no points up, hoping that I might get points for the first round even though I only pressed submit on my team after the race... didn't change it though - honest!

Just had a look at the Dirt fantasy DH league FAQ...

I cannot submit my team!
If you enter your team before the transfer window closes at 09:30 on 9 April 2016 BST your team will be auto submitted at this time
Ah so that's why I missed submitting my team! Looks like the auto-submit thing was a crock of rubbish.

When do the points get updated?
We will update points within a 48 hour period of each race ending.

Drums fingers...

Well I submitted my team as ordered on Saturday AM - and I've got zero points (I know I should have some though).

So I suspect they're having teething problems with it.

I want my points too I should have done well all submitted with gwin and rach in it with other riders who all qualified and scored points! It still lists me as having 0 points though!

Well thank God for Stevie Smith!

Otherwise I would have been well and truly knackered...

Mick Hannah was too much of a bargain to be true it seems, and Brook Macdonald did not deliver the points I had hoped, who to chop in and who to buy for Australia then?

Think I might have to swallow my words and buy Hill...

You reckon he'll come good?

Nukeproof blog suggested he's in good shape but not been riding enough DH. I was thinking of flogging him, I'm sorry to say.

Hill's 100k less than I wasted on Brook Macdonald, and he finished 29th where Macdonald managed 37th Lourdes set the cat amongst the pigeons a bit with variable weather and some interesting lines...

I could have Connor Fearon, I like the idea of playing home advantage with an Ausie or two, but it wouldn't leave much change for a second trade

Having 0 points at least hides the fact that 4 members of my team rather under-performed at the weekend and the fifth isn't even racing the world cup!
