You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
More of a PSA then anything else.
Some 'tard has been taking down the directional arrows around the trail. Particularly on the little picnic bench/round-about bit. I met a bloke coming up the fast descent after the gravel track climb just after the berm at the bottom today. A few seconds either way and I'd have clattered him.
As I stopped to tell him the direction of the trail two more lads came the wrong way up the trail. In their defence someone had placed the arrow pointing up the trail.
Why would someone do this? Thankfully when it's busy most people can follow the direction of others but this potentially could've been a nasty accident considering the amount of inexperienced riders and kids riding in AC now (This isn't a criticism of them by the way).
Oh and if you're on here, sorry to the guys I stopped. Didn't want to come across as the trail police
Sounds like the work of this guy?

oops sorry should've looked for the original thread
no way, you did a good thing by starting a new thread - given the amount of traffic on the new trails, maliciously swapping the direction arrows in this way creates a real hazard.
